Job Title – Position Description: Registered Nurse Research and Infusion
Reports to: Senior Director, Quality
MISSION
The Research and Infusion Registered Nurse is responsible for the coordination and implementation of research endeavors. Additionally, the research/infusion nurse will administer and care for patients receiving infusion-based medications for various disease states.
OUTCOMES
- Manages information effectively by understanding disease progression and interventions necessary for optimal patient outcomes.
- Use clinical knowledge to assess and adjust the need for intervention based on the patient’s individual history and current disease/condition state to ensure patient safety and clinical outcomes.
- Thrive in an accelerated change agility environment with the ability to learn and adopt new responsibilities, including adapting to various digital platforms, based on shifting demands.
- Effectively utilizing interdepartmental, pharmaceutical, and sponsor resources to ease burdens of disease/condition requirements for various patient groups.

Education:
- Bachelor’s in Nursing
Credentials/Licensures:
- Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support Certification
Previous, Job Relevant Work Experience:
- 3+ years of direct patient care experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous, Job Relevant Work Experience:
- 4+ years of direct patient care experience in Urology field/setting
- Oncology/chemotherapy experience
- Research coordination experience
Credentials/Licensures:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification
