We are looking for a Sr Project Administrator to join our team to oversee the entire project lifecycle from strategic planning to post-project evaluation. A key part of this role involves managing multiple project types and serving as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, managing customer and vendor relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The person in this position will also be responsible for performance management, tracking KPIs, gathering data, and improving project functionality.
The ideal candidate will be proactive and possess strong leadership skills to guide and mentor a team, ensuring project goals are met with efficiency and a commitment to quality. They will also have an analytical mindset to forecast resources, identify bottlenecks, implement effective solutions and process improvements, including the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
This position reports to the Murfreesboro office daily initially, with remote flexibility possible.
Schedule:
- Regularly scheduled to work 40 hours a week
- Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field) or equivalent practical experience.
- Three years or more of proven experience with demonstrated success in managing both direct-to-consumer installations (e.g., DTV) and Low Voltage systems projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and principles.
- Knowledge and understanding of CRM platform for account management and project tracking.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams at all levels.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage project teams, resolve conflicts, and drive project success.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex project issues.
