We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead customer relationships and drive business growth. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong connections with both new and existing customers, providing solutions that best meet their needs, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial order through delivery. As a key liaison between our customers and internal teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.
What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and cold calling.
Provide product information, quotes, and contract details to clients.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements while preparing orders and contracts.
Analyze sales and operational data to forecast, set targets, and identify new markets.
Partner with customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth sales process.
Collaborate with leadership to develop quotas and sales strategies.
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
Travel to customer sites to build and strengthen relationships.
What We’re Looking For
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field plus 8+ years of relevant sales experience (or equivalent combination).
Strong business acumen with proven ability to grow and manage customer accounts.
Experience with ISO 9001 and Quality Systems.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to present to groups at all levels.
Analytical and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP/MRP/CRM systems preferred (SAGE 100 a plus).
Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events.
