The Corporate Sales organization is focused on providing companies across the globe with access to a top-tier Corporate Wellness solution through the ClassPass product. The ClassPass Corporate product allows Companies to offer employees a wellness solution that is flexible, engaging and easy to use.

 

About the right team member

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, highly motivated and highly experienced individual to help grow our burgeoning corporate sales team. The right candidate is confident in their ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders, isn’t afraid of striking up a conversation with someone they just met and has demonstrated strong sales and negotiation skills. The primary focus of the Enterprise Sales / Senior Strategic Corporate Account Executive will be to secure large scale corporate prospects such as banks, financial institutions and globally recognized brands. 

This person needs to be based in the New York City Metropolitan area. 

 

About the role

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned revenue targets.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value enterprise accounts and market opportunities.
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue, ensuring accuracy in pipeline management.
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new enterprise opportunities through networking,
    referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers, C-level executives, and stakeholders
    within target organizations, including going to meetings, networking events, and the like. 
  • Present, position, and sell complex products/solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Customize proposals and demonstrations to align with client requirements.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal structuring to close large-
    scale opportunities.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Partner with marketing to execute targeted campaigns and events aimed at
    enterprise customers.
  • Work closely with product teams to communicate prospect feedback and influence
    roadmap decisions.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal departments on contracts and compliance
    requirements.
  • Stay informed on industry developments, competitive offerings, and emerging
    technologies.
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
  • All other duties as assigned

 

Skills & experience

  • 4-6 years of selling into strategic and enterprise high-profile accounts on a B2B level
  • Ability to interface with senior leaders, with exceptional negotiation and relationship skills
    at a high level
  • Ability to balance the needs of both internal and external stakeholders
  • Resilience and an ability to overcome objections and obstacles with an openness to
    feedback, and dedication to consistent self-improvement
  • Technical experience in computer programs such as CRM systems, Excel, Word,
    Powerpoint
  • Highly organized individual with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, and
    strong attention to detail
