We’re looking to add a knowledgeable, motivated Outboard Motor Sales Consultant / Repower Specialist to our growing Grand Prairie team. What You’ll Do

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience—whether helping with new engine sales or full repower projects
• Guide customers using your knowledge of Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki, and other leading outboard brands
• Build lasting relationships and drive repeat business through trust and expertise
• Meet and exceed sales goals while contributing to dealership success
• Manage the full sales process in our CRM—from lead follow-up to after-sale support
• Partner with service teams to ensure smooth and professional installations
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive products, and manufacturer updates

Requirements

• Proven sales experience (marine, automotive, or powersports preferred)
• Strong knowledge of outboard motors and repower applications
• Customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to succeed
• Experience with CRM or dealership management systems a plus
• Flexible availability, including weekends, to meet customer needs
