Summary/Objective: We are seeking a results-driven Director of Business Process Improvement to lead the implementation of enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and innovation. This role will be responsible for designing and executing a strategic roadmap for process optimization, leveraging modern technologies, such as automation and AI platforms, to drive measurable improvements across the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Process Strategy
- Identify high-impact areas for transformation and prioritize initiatives based on ROI, scalability, and stakeholder value
- With input from executive management, develop and implement an enterprise-wide process improvement roadmap aligned with strategic business objectives
Workflow Optimization
- Analyze business process workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and redundancies
- Guide cross-functional teams in redesigning processes to achieve speed, accuracy and efficiency improvements
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement
Performance Metrics
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of process improvement initiatives
- Report on cost savings, quality enhancements, and operational throughput to executive leadership
- Establish feedback loops to refine processes based on data and stakeholder input
Technology Enablement
- Evaluate and recommend tools, including automation and AI platforms, that support process optimization and data-driven decision-making while ensuring
- Partner with development, information technology, and information system teams to design, build, and deploy internal tools that streamline operations
- Ensure technology solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs across the organization.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related work experience
Experience: At least 7+ years’ experience in:
- Business process improvement, operations, or transformation leadership
- Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives in mid-sized or enterprise environments
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Familiarity with AI, automation platforms, and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM)Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with digital transformation or enterprise software deployment
- Background in change management and organizational development
- Ability to influence at all levels of the organization

Travel: Approximately less than 15% of travel is expected.
