Promo Associate - iCasino
· You will be responsible for end to end administrative delivery of Casino promotions to market. Working with supporting teams across the business, including CRM, VIP and others, you will ensure best-in-class offers and messages reach customers
· You will play an important role in the Casino team in maintaining a schedule of promotions that entertain and excite our customers
· You will create bonus templates and become an expert in the promotional tools available to Casino
· You will help create a promotional playbook to support the business’ goals and KPIs
· You will help drive analysis on the promotions you are responsible for, using existing reports to provide an overview of performance and also from BI for deeper analysis when required
· Liaising with multiple departments to ensure promotional content on-site and in-app is up to date and accurate
· Working with multiple departments to add multivariate and AB testing to promotions where applicable
SKILLS WE SEEK
· Bachelor level degree or relevant work experience
· Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential
· Driven and ambitious to learn and develop a career within iGaming
· Experience in Online Casino or retail casino preferred
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Strong work ethic. Is accountable, works smart and pushes self and others for results
· Relates and works cooperatively with people across levels, functions, culture, and geography to achieve shared goals
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and is effective in a variety of communication settings
· Brings Innovative and creative ideas
· Ability to: Take initiatives, learn quickly
· Willingness to work some nights and weekends during busy periods of the sports calendar
