Role Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, employer branding, and recruitment marketing efforts. You’ll also be tasked with creating job ad strategies, managing budgets, and attending job fairs to ensure that Mike Calvert Toyota attracts and hires top-tier talent for all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Job Posting & Management:
  • Write, post, and manage job openings for all positions across the dealership (sales, service, automotive).
  • Ensure job descriptions are accurate, appealing, and aligned with our brand.
  • Utilize multiple job platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.) and maintain up-to-date listings.
  • Branding & Recruitment Marketing:
  • Develop and manage the recruitment marketing strategy to attract top talent.
  • Enhance and promote the dealership’s employer brand, highlighting our values and company culture.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create job-specific graphics, social media posts, and other recruitment materials.
  • Budget Management:
  • Oversee recruitment advertising budgets, ensuring spend is allocated efficiently across platforms.
  • Monitor the performance of recruitment campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize ROI.
  • Job Fairs & Recruitment Events:
  • Attend job fairs, community events, and networking functions to represent Mike Calvert Toyota and attract qualified candidates.
  • Build relationships with external organizations and educational institutions to strengthen recruitment pipelines.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
  • Work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Assist hiring managers in the interview process, ensuring a seamless transition from candidate selection to hiring.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Experience with recruitment marketing, including employer branding .
  • Experience managing recruitment budgets and optimizing recruitment advertising spend.

Skills:

Strong communication skills, with the ability to represent the dealership professionally at job fairs and networking events.

  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards.
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve recruitment strategies.

Personality:

  • Results-driven and proactive in identifying and solving recruitment challenges.
  • Creative in developing strategies to attract and engage candidates.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to working with hiring managers and the HR team.
  • Detail oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not required.
  • Experience attending job fairs and other recruitment events.
  • Familiarity with recruitment CRM tools and other candidate management systems.
