Position Overview:
As an Evening Guest Service Representative, you will be the voice of Tricoci University during evening hours. Your role is crucial in ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and students. You will provide exceptional customer service and create a warm, inviting atmosphere that reflects our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and students with a friendly demeanor as they arrive or contact us.
  • Handle phone calls and inquiries promptly, providing detailed information about our programs and services.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for beauty services and educational tours.
  • Maintain accurate records and detailed documentation of guest interactions.
  • Resolve guest concerns and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure a smooth operation and a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks to support evening operations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or guest relations is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse clientele.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Monday through Friday 5:00-10:00pm cst.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $15.00 and $16.20/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
