Procurement Analyst.

Location: Flexible working with visits to our office in Wimbledon as and when required.

Salary: Competitive

Contract Type: Permanent

We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for Procurement Analyst to join our Group Procurement team.

In this role they will support the Procurement team with process management, metric analysis, KRIs and supplier due diligence. They will also work with the finance team to run monthly spend reports and prepare reporting packs.

In addition to this they will support the Procurement Managers in SRM (Supplier relationship management) activities. Perform tasks related to database revision and data management, including data retention. Responsible for sourcing products and services with the support of the Procurement Managers and run bench marking activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate deals, timelines, pricing and terms with suppliers

  • Ensure value for money, making cost savings where possible whilst keep the business purpose and relevant services in mind

  • To adhere to the rules laid out within the procurement policy and to protect the business against risk

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing suppliers

  • Keep contract records up to date within the gatekeeper system

  • Flag risks and concerns to the relevant business areas

  • Work with the wider finance team to validate contract spend

  • Ensure Workday/Gatekeeper accurateness

  • Support the wider team with process improvements and the use of software tools, such as ServiceNow, Gatekeeper & Workday

  • Team metric reporting

  • Support SRM activities

Skills and experience required:

  • Good negotiation and communication skills and highly numerical.

  • A good understanding of the procurement model and it’s importance to the business

  • A general understanding of the supply chain and B2B operations.

  • The ability to apply common sense with effective time management.

  • A team player with good problem-solving capability

  • Capable of building effective working relationships with all stakeholders
