We're searching for a warm, professional Operations Coordinator to join us at Thalassa Spa - supporting the team to deliver divine experiences for clients at our beautiful beachfront location. Initially 3 days a week Thursday - Saturday.

The Role:
Our Spa Operations Coordinator oversees daily operations, ensuring smooth running of treatments, facilities and guest services. This role combines front-of-house responsibilities with staff coordination, operational management and sales. You will ensure therapists are supported, wellness equipment is maintained and every guest receives an exceptional spa experience. Key responsibilities include:
Front of House & Client Care
- Greet clients & create a welcoming environment; manage bookings; promote retail & wellness package sales; handle client queries & resolve concerns warmly & professionally.
Team Coordination
- Manage therapist rosters, schedules & task allocation; support therapists with client flow, treatment prep & handover; point of contact for day-to-day operations.
Operations & Facility Management
- Ensure rooms are prepared; oversee cleaning, presentation & hygiene of spa; manage laundry processes; operate & maintain wellness equipment (float & light pods, crystal mats, infrared sauna); manage inventory & order consumables/products.
Sales/Marketing & CRM
- Maintain CRM system; track sales performance for re-bookings, retail products & packages; support seasonal promotions & events; create engaging social media content.
About You:
We're looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about the wellness industry. Someone that goes the extra mile to ensure every client receives an exceptional experience - every time. A proactive, hands-on coordinator that actively contributes to a positive, engaged team:
- Previous experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality FOH or coordination role
- Exceptional client service and communication style
- Ability to coordinate daily operations with minimal supervision and confidence
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Competent interacting with and creating engaging social media
- Confident with sales, upselling & rebooking clients
- Understanding of spa and wellness treatments/equipment desirable - training provided
- Sales or retail experience helpful
- Available to work Thursday, Friday and Saturday
