  • Mentoring team members, including the Training & Relationship Manager, in strategic sales and marketing approaches

  • Maintaining deep knowledge of economic trends, industry developments, and platform innovations

  • Ensuring accurate CRM management and strategic client planning

  • Contributing to the evolution of Netwealth’s Private Wealth strategy and broader business initiatives

About you;

  • You bring extensive experience in platform sales, with a strong track record in the Private Wealth segment

  • You have a relationship-first approach and are known for your ability to engage and influence across all levels of an organisation

  • You are well-connected in market, with a strong reputation and network among advisers and wealth professionals

  • You are a strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills

  • You are self-motivated, organised, and adaptable with a passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes

  • You have deep technical knowledge of platforms and the broader financial services landscape
