WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in keeping our plant running efficiently and safely. In this role, you will:
Troubleshoot and repair low- and medium-voltage electrical systems and equipment
Maintain, install, and test motors, motor controls, and VFDs
Perform electrical maintenance on lighting, panels, distribution systems, and controls
Support preventive maintenance programs and perform root cause analysis on recurring issues
Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
Collaborate with operations and engineering to maximize equipment uptime and reliability
Follow all OSHA, Fuji, and NFPA 70E electrical safety protocols
Assist with instrumentation and controls as needed

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree, technical diploma, or completion of an accredited industrial maintenance program
5+ years of experience in electrical maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems, drives, and control panels
Familiarity with instrumentation, PLCs, or process controls is a plus
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation
Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation
Preferred Experience:
Exposure to SCADA/DCS systems and process instrumentation
SAP (maintenance module) or similar CMMS system
Use of diagnostic tools such as multimeters, amp clamps, and insulation testers
Understanding of reliability best practices and maintenance KPIs
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Industrial environment with exposure to heat, noise, heights, and confined spaces
Ability to lift up to 50–60 lbs and perform physically demanding work (climbing, kneeling, standing)
Standard schedule is day shift; flexibility required for future shift coverage or emergencies
