What you’ll do

Business Analyst shall bridge business objectives with technical implementation, ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality software products in alignment with stakeholder needs.

  • Gather and analyse requirements in an agile environment to help the development team with product implementation.
  • Participate in discussions with stakeholders/ product owners to develop and validate business requirements & follow a communication plan to meet project and stakeholder needs.
  • Responsible for the backlog items (epics/features/user stories/Enablers) of all platforms in scope, support the product owners in prioritization.
  • Document business requirements, functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Keep track of user stories progress and ensure that they are following timelines.
  • Prepare HLD ( High Level Design) and document the designed solution.
  • Adhere to technical constraints laid out by Architecture Design.
  • Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution
  • Responsible for creation of epics and user stories according to architecture and design principles, and to support QA to derive related positive and negative testcases.

Who you are

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese written and spoken
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent research, analytical, Technical and communication skills
  • Can document technical enablers clearly and being familiar with flow charts and sequence diagrams.
  • Technical background with frontend or backend development.
  • Good understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) processes. And with the terms like Sprint Velocity, cycle Time,..
