Role Overview

We’re hiring Franchise Advisors who can 

  • Work directly with entrepreneurs 
  • Assist as they evaluate multiple franchise opportunities
  • Help them secure their dream franchise

We need humans who can combine their own consultative guidance skills with Franzy’s data-driven tools to make franchise ownership clear and exciting for our clients

Job Overview

  • Customer Education: Help clients become comfortable and excited with the franchise industry.
  • Franchise Discovery: Use our pioneering and innovative AI technology to help clients choose franchise brands to consider.
  • Client Support: Provide personalized, high-touch support to help them prepare for brand meetings, conduct debriefs, and provide introductions to services such as Franchise Attorneys and CPAs.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $100,000 – $125,000 based on experience
  • Commission up to 15% on new franchise locations, financing secured, and resale transactions.

Hiring Process

  • First round interview online with preferred candidates
  • Second round interviews online with finalists
  • Target start date = mid Oct 2025

Job Overview

  • Engage with prospective franchise buyers, qualify their needs, and recommend best-fit franchise opportunities using the Franzy platform
  • Advise clients through all stages of the journey, including financing, new location openings, and resale opportunities.
  • Manage and track activity in CRM systems, ensuring clean data and accurate reporting.

Core Expectations

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals related to placements, financing utilization, and resale conversions.
  • Collaborate with franchisors, lenders, and the Franzy team to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Follow structured outreach processes (calls, email, CRM automation) to drive pipeline efficiency.

Desired Qualifications

  • Franchise sales experience and strong knowledge of the franchise industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a consultative sales environment.
  • Consistently exceeded sales goals while building lasting client relationships.
  • Comfortable with CRMs, calling systems, and AI-driven tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong organizational and process management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
