ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY 

NPD India is focused on delivering exponential growth for companies in India. We specialize in SEO, Content Marketing, PPC, social media, Lead Generation, and Conversion Rate Optimization for online businesses. For over 10 years we have been an industry leader in online marketing. We are always looking to challenge and advance the business of digital marketing, all with the ultimate goal of serving our clients.

We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development / Sales Manager to drive revenue growth within the SMB (Small and Medium Business) segment. The ideal candidate will have experience in media, advertising, or digital agencies, with a strong understanding of marketing solutions and client relationship management.

To be considered, candidates must currently reside in Gurgaon OR Bangalore OR Mumbai and be eligible to work in India. 

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the SMB segment
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Develop tailored proposals, pitch presentations, and pricing strategies
  • Achieve revenue and growth targets while tracking and reporting sales performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and campaign execution
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify market opportunities

ABOUT YOU

  • 4–8 Years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in media, advertising, or digital marketing
  • Strong network and experience with SMB clients
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience working in digital-first environments
  • Understanding of performance marketing, content, or creative solutions
  • Prior experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
