We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive candidate with 2–3 years of HR Ops experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will support global HR processes, ensure compliance, manage employee data, and drive a seamless employee lifecycle experience (onboarding → offboarding). You will collaborate closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Business Leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and leavers.
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation.
- Maintain HRIS records with 100% accuracy and confidentiality.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements in line with local labor laws.
- Handle HR documentation such as offer letters, background checks, employee records.
- Partner with Finance & Payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
Employee Experience & Support
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to policies, leaves, and benefits.
- Drive HR process automation and contribute ideas to enhance employee experience.
- Support People & Culture initiatives such as engagement activities, rewards, and recognition.
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate HR dashboards and reports on headcount, attrition, and employee data trends.
- Provide insights to HRBPs and leadership for decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes (onboarding, HRIS, payroll support, compliance).
- Familiarity with HR tech tools (HRIS, ticketing systems, Google Workspace, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
