This leadership position is responsible for driving operational excellence across sales and fixed ops, building a unified team, and fostering a culture of accountability and growth.

Requirements

What We're Looking For 

• Strong industry background with one or more domestic OEMs (e.g., Ford, GM, Chrysler). 
• Extensive General Manager-level experience, with full P&L responsibility and deep  understanding of fixed operations.
• Ability to build, lead and retain great teams, and deliver results.
• Proven track record of high sales efficiency and strong service absorption. 
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow with our organization.
