What you’ll do:
Proposition & Strategy – Act as the commercial lead for gaming, helping define and deliver the commercial strategy in close collaboration with supporting teams.
Promotional Strategy – Own and articulate promotional strategy, ensuring aligned delivery across all customer touchpoints.
Commercial Understanding – Monitor market dynamics, competitors, and business performance, and lead your team in executing localised plans that drive results.
Presentations & Reporting – Take a lead role in preparing and presenting materials for senior stakeholders, including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and regional leadership updates.
Brand Localisation – Partner with Marketing and CRM teams to shape locally relevant communications and ensure content plans align with the regional strategy.
Customer-Focused Decisions – Work closely with analytics and other teams to drive data-led decision-making and ensure a holistic view of the customer across product, content, compliance, and marketing initiatives.
What you’ll bring:
Cross-functional collaboration – Ability to build strong relationships across a complex organisation to align objectives and enable effective delivery.
Quality decision-making – Comfortable making sound decisions in ambiguous situations, using data to provide clear reasoning and direction.
Problem-solving mindset – Forward-thinking and solution-oriented, with the ability to anticipate future challenges and opportunities to create long-term value.
Clear communication skills – Able to articulate strategy and plans in a simple, impactful way while engaging stakeholders effectively.
Courage & resilience – Confident in working through challenges collaboratively and constructively to deliver the best solutions.
Customer obsession – A passion for exceeding customer expectations and embedding customer-centric thinking across teams.
