We are looking for bright, driven, and enthusiastic individuals who are excited to work in a dynamic startup environment and take full ownership of driving growth for mobile apps. As an App Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end client growth outcomes—combining marketing strategy, product recommendations, and business insights to deliver measurable results and long-term success for mobile app businesses.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies for app clients, including App Store Optimization (ASO), Paid Acquisition, Monetization, and Retention.
  • Partner with clients (founders, product leads, CMOs) to understand goals and translate them into actionable growth roadmaps.
  • Lead product-level growth initiatives, such as onboarding optimization, paywall improvements, funnel analysis, and enhancing in-app conversions.
  • Monitor, calculate, and optimize key metrics like CAC, ROAS, LTV, and retention while analyzing user journeys and app performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—User Acquisition, ASO, and Creative—to execute growth plans and run experiments.
  • Create and refine ASO strategies, including keyword planning, creative assets, and metadata optimization, to boost organic performance.
  • Work closely with performance marketing specialists to optimize campaigns across Meta, Google UAC, and Apple Search Ads, ensuring efficiency and scale.
  • Utilize tools such as Firebase, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, AppTweak, and Data Studio to uncover insights and improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain strong client relationships with regular check-ins and reviews, presenting results, insights, and future strategies.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • 1–4 years of experience in mobile app marketing, digital strategy, or growth consulting.
  • Understanding of the app ecosystem, including paid ads, app store dynamics, analytics, and in-app behavior.
  • Hands-on experience with ASO, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or Apple Search Ads preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Awareness of design principles and their impact on ad and app store performance.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to clearly explain strategies and insights to clients and internal teams.
