Part-Time Bartender (Guest Experience / Front Desk) – Drybar Missoula

📍 Downtown Missoula, MT | 💛 12–25 hours/week | $13–$18/hr with (add-on, membership & retail commissions + incentives/bonuses)

Drybar Missoula is looking for an upbeat, organized, people-loving Bartender (our fun name for Front Desk) to create amazing first impressions and keep our stylish shop running smoothly.

This isn’t a typical front desk job—you’ll be the face of the brand, making every guest feel like a VIP while keeping our team on track and our vibe buzzing.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome + wow every guest with genuine hospitality

• Manage check-ins, checkouts, and bookings in our Booker system

• Recommend memberships, add-on services, blowout packages, gift cards and retail products—we’ll train you on all the sales tips

• Help with marketing emails, pop-up events and social media moments: grab those before-and-afters for IG stories

• Keep the bar sparkling with our closing & cleaning checklist

• Jump in on busy days like concerts, Griz games, and wedding parties

What You Bring

• 1+ year of customer service/front desk/retail experience preferred

• Weekend and evening availability is a must (we’re busiest when Missoula is having fun!)

• A friendly, organized, and reliable vibe with a love for teamwork

• Comfort using a POS/booking system (we’ll train you)
