We’re currently looking for licensed cosmetologists (or students about to be licensed) who want to join a team that feels more like family. As a Drybar Stylist, you’ll deliver blowouts, curls, waves, braids, and updos from our signature Look Book, tailored to each guest. You’ll help people feel beautiful—and have fun doing it.

As a stylist at Drybar Montecito, you’ll do more than just great hair—you’ll help create an exceptional client experience from start to finish. This includes:

• Greeting and welcoming each guest with warmth and professionalism

• Providing outstanding customer service throughout their visit

• Delivering consistent, high-quality blowouts and styling services

• Recommending and selling hair care products that suit each client’s needs

• Keeping the salon clean, organized, and stocked

• Managing your time effectively to keep the day running smoothly

Qualifications:

• You’ve got great customer service skills—retail or hospitality experience is a plus
