JOB TITLE: Merchant Shopping Portal - Success Manager
SALARY: £59,850pa to £73,150pa plus an extensive benefits package
LOCATION: Leeds
HOURS: 35 hours, full time.
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, at our Leeds hub.

We’re looking for a Merchant Shopping Portal - Success Manager to help our merchant partners thrive. You’ll use data and analytics to identify the right offers, engagement tactics, and strategies that drive real results. This is about helping merchants get the best return from our shopping portal—and making sure they love working with us.
This is a new role in a new space, so we’re looking for someone who’s comfortable with ambiguity, excited by opportunity, and ready to help shape the future. You’ll work closely with our central Loyalty and Rewards team, tapping into their data and offer management capabilities, and collaborating across teams to deliver value for merchants and customers alike.

Your remit will include:
Using data to identify high-performing offers and engagement strategies.
Working with merchants to optimise their presence in the portal.
Collaborating with Loyalty and Rewards to align on offer performance and insights.
Tracking merchant success metrics and report on ROI.
Helping shape the merchant experience to drive satisfaction and retention.
Developing playbooks, best practices, and insights that help merchants succeed.
Sharing performance insights with internal teams to inform future strategy.
Supporting merchant onboarding and ongoing engagement.
Key accountabilities
Analysing merchant performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Building strong relationships with merchant partners and internal stakeholders.
Ensuring merchant-facing content and communications are clear, actionable, and aligned with best practices.
Maintaining dashboards and reporting tools to monitor success metrics.
Championing the merchant voice in product development and experience design.
Contributing to the evolution of the shopping portal’s commercial strategy.
About you
Experience in analytics, ecommerce, or performance marketing.
Understanding of merchant needs and customer behaviour.
Data-savvy, commercially minded, and love turning insight into action.
A great communicator and collaborator.
Comfortable working in a startup-style environment with lots of moving parts.
Someone who brings curiosity, clarity, and a sense of purpose to their work.
