- The Absolut Group, the brand owner of our global white spirits portfolio, whose Gin brand unit and Business Acceleration team sit in London.

Your new team
This position sits in our Global Travel Retail business. Global Travel Retail is one of the Group’s largest markets, bringing Pernod Ricard brands to life in the exciting and innovative Travel Retail channel which includes duty-free, cruise ships & border shops around the globe. With a global footprint across more than 20 locations and over 30 nationalities, our working culture celebrates inclusion and diversity. Your unique contribution
You will have 5 main areas of responsibility:
1. Paid Media Touchpoint Strategy and Implementation
- Establish media investment guidelines and governance frameworks to maximize the impact of brand and retailer activations within allocated budgets
- Identify and test ways to connect the path to purchase in partnership with our retailers, while building the internal expertise and capabilities for PRGTR to lead with retailer media.
- Support the development of Media, Data, and CRM strategies in partnership with Global Traveller Connection Lead, ensuring aligned execution
- Build a strategic approach to GTR touchpoints that reduces reliance on 3rd party cookies and leverages the right 2nd party data from relevant partners within the traveller ecosystem, such as retailers, airlines, hotels or Online Travel Agencies.
2. Global Retailer Media Partner Strategy (GCM BP)
- Be the key point of contact (Business Partner) for the Regional Business Units, specifically Europe, on everything related to the retailer media investment.
- Internal consultant to the Regional teams, who can identify the extra benefits and propose cooperations ideas to the Business Partner
- Structuring the fit for purpose, innovative media campaigns in coordination with the other touch points and integrated with commercial needs and strategy
- Support team lead in integrating Retailer Media touch points in the overall strategy
- Support Business Units to implement media packages with retailers as needed.
- Develop and maintain measure frameworks that allow to align with Retailers on results and can be shared across the business
3. Omnichannel Campaign Planning
- Lead global campaigns from planning to implementation, aligning with key internal stakeholders (BU and CM)
- Support Regional campaigns managers with strategic input and expertise to maximise campaign impact.
- Support team lead in consolidating and prioritising all omnichannel briefs, ensuring the team is set up to deliver priority campaigns to the highest standards and responsibilities are balanced fairly.
- Define and maintain the long-term global campaign calendar and investment plan across all media, aligned with the global business strategy and regional priorities
4. Media Reporting and Analysis
- Manage best practice Omnichannel reporting processes globally and evolve them when needed, in line with business needs and objectives.
- Drive knowledge sharing and capacity building across Business Units on best practices in paid media - including retail media, emerging trends, and activation standards.
5 .Stakeholder Management and Media Agency Management
- Manage stakeholder engagement at all levels, above all Global HQ, GTR leadership, retailer partners, agencies, and internal cross-functional teams, fostering effective communication and collaborative project delivery
- Key contact for HQ projects from support the integration of digital transformation initiatives to input in key projects such as IMR.
- Manage our global media agencies to ensure they deliver the best service in line with best practice guidelines, contractual agreements and SLAs.
- Run regular agency reviews, communicate the business goals and expected WOWs.
- Manage the new supplier set up for new media agencies, and onboarding if appliable.

Externally, your main contact will be media and creative agencies.
Your blend of talent
This position could be right for you if you:
• Are an experienced digital marketing specialist, with deep
knowledge of the main global digital media channels, strong
stakeholder and team management skills.
• Mandatory previous experience: Digital media agency
management; media planning and buying; Managing large
paid media budgets; Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads
• Preferable experience, but not compulsory: global /
international role; data and analytics strategy; Eretail media
and Ecommerce
