This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).
Responsibilities
- Manage the engagement letter renewal workflow, including tracking deadlines, updating templates, and coordinating approvals.
- Draft and revise engagement letters using standardized templates.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure pricing accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Monitor CRM links and opportunity ownership for renewal tracking.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues related to pricing changes and scope adjustments.
- Assist with reporting and documentation for leadership reviews and pipeline planning.
Requirements
- Prior experience in professional services, consulting, or client contract management.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and engagement letter templates.
- Understanding of Value-Based Pricing models and fixed fee vs. time & materials structures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience using PandaDoc for document creation, editing, and workflow management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across departments.
