Location and Flexibility
This is a hybrid role. This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from one of our offices in São Paulo (2 times/week or 8 days/month) or Porto Alegre (3 times/week or 12 days/month). Our office culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members local and visiting from other global offices.
The Opportunity
As Manager of Talent Operations, you'll lead recruiting operations and coordination for LATAM during a pivotal scaling phase. You'll drive the implementation of our global applicant tracking system while standardizing hiring processes across regions. Working closely with leaders, hiring managers, recruiters, and People Ops, you'll architect scalable solutions that enhance our candidate experience and operational excellence. This role offers significant visibility and impact as we transform our global talent acquisition approach.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and optimization of our global ATS ecosystem, including design of integrated workflows across CRM, scheduling, and analytics platforms while ensuring compliance with regional employment laws
- Build and manage a high-performing team of talent coordinators, providing leadership, training, and enablement while fostering a culture of operational excellence
- Develop comprehensive recruiting analytics frameworks and dashboards that measure key metrics, track hiring goals, and drive data-informed decisions
- Design and implement standardized, scalable processes across the recruiting funnel, from candidate experience to hiring manager enablement
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (People, HR, Finance, Tech) to align tools, policies, and strategic initiatives while managing vendor relationships
- Drive special projects including employer branding, interview training programs, and employee referral initiatives, ensuring successful change management and adoption
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition operations or similar role, with demonstrated success in global or multi-region operational management
- Strong expertise in ATS/HRIS platforms (Ashby, Greenhouse, Workday, Gem) and proven ability to design and optimize recruiting technology ecosystems
- Advanced data analysis capabilities with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience building comprehensive recruiting metrics dashboards
- Demonstrated success in building and leading teams across regions, with excellent change management and stakeholder communication skills
- Deep understanding of LATAM employment laws and regulations, with experience ensuring compliance in hiring processes
- Track record of designing and implementing scalable recruiting programs and processes in high-growth environments
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives and technology implementations from concept to execution
