Mandatory skills/ knowledge:

- Min 4 - 6 years’ experience in supporting Node JS and Java based web applications.
- Experience in supporting docker based applications across multiple environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Docker containers.
- Collaborate with development teams to analyze application errors and implement fixes.
- Strong knowledge of Docker containers, images, and registries.
- Hands-on experience with Linux administration and shell scripting.
- Knowledge of monitoring/logging tools
- Experience in production support for cloud based web applications
- Experience in supporting cloud based micro services is added advantage.
- Involved in supporting the solution after go-live and has been involved in performance tuning.
- Knowledge on deployment, troubleshooting of applications in application servers and scaling.
- Relevant certifications (Docker Certified Associate, Kubernetes CKA/CKAD, or cloud certifications) preferred.
- Self-learner and ready to learn other technologies and ready to work in Application support.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Worked in Incident management with ticketing system.
- Knowledge on Devops, Jenkins and AWS Cloud added adavntage
- Installation and configuration of Enterprise application servers, enterprise database will be added advantage.
- Drive client calls/communication and support client services in technical needs. Compile technical RCA (root cause analysis) reports on issues.
Preferred skills and knowledge:
- CouchDB
- Experience in Database tuning activities (DB2, Orable, PostGres, MS SQL)Knowledge of Basic Linux commands
