Specializing in women’s addiction treatment, we offer a unique blend of clinical expertise within a homey, resort-like environment. Everyone on our expert staff is highly trained and experienced in treating addiction and mental health conditions. Each member is dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for our clients. Our mission is to provide a transformative experience that addresses not only addiction but also underlying mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

We are seeking a Transportation/Logistics Coordinator to add to our dynamic team. For more information about our campus, please visit The Willows at Red Oak Recovery® | Treatment Center


Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with medical staff, drivers, and program directors to ensure proactive and seamless scheduling and communication around client appointments and transports
  • Be available for transport including, but not limited to, airport pickups/drop-offs, doctor and medical appointments, program related offsite activities, and AMA discharges
  • Facilitate and or coordinate on-campus admission process (consents, outfitting and room readiness)
  • Be available for new client outfitting
  • Prepare client rooms for new admits (cleaning and organization)
  • Maintain the client outfitting supply inventory so that all necessary items are in stock
  • Order client supplies and itemize purchasing receipts weekly and as needed
  • Ensure that client belongings are secured and properly stored (and provided to clients upon graduation)
  • Work with the program director to maintain and track adventure gear
  • Order, inventory and disperse campus linens, towels and paper products
  • Oversight of client vaping program administrative needs (ordering, inventorying and participation documentation)
  • Oversee client calendars (add/ remove clients and share with staff)
  • Facilitate staff trainings on consents, outfitting and discharge processes
  • Be part of the on-call emergency response rotation
  • Facilitate and log quarterly emergency drills
  • Assist the Facilities Manager with various tasks around campus as needed
  • Run groups as needed
  • Assist Administrative Specialist with administrative tasks as needed


Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office programs

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in wilderness therapy (or a related field)
  • Experience with maintaining vehicles
  • Experience with servicing backpacking gear
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
