Join our Team as a Mechanical Product Engineering Co-Op!

The Role:

We’re seeking a motivated Mechanical Product Engineering Co-Op to join our team this Spring 2026! This co-op offers hands-on experience in product engineering, where you’ll work on meaningful projects and gain insight into projects that impact production quality and efficiency.  You’ll collaborate with the product engineering team, as well as mentors and leadership, building skills that will help launch your career!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conducting Genchi Genbutsu (“go and see” investigations on the production floor to evaluate kaizen (continuous improvement) requests and production issues.
• Supporting mechanical design changes using Creo and drawing markup tools.
• Preparing and submitting Change Requests (CRs) with guidance from mentors and managers.
• Assisting in lab, line, and vehicle function testing, including operating trucks (license required)
• Managing 4-5 engineering projects simultaneously, resolving ≈5 projects per month
• Participating in technical design reviews for applicable projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with 3D CAD tools (Creo preferred)
• Ability to obtain forklift certification for testing purposes.
