Key Responsibilities

• Build, architect, and deliver scalable enterprise applications on the OutSystems Low-Code platform.
• Lead the development of Reactive Web Applications focusing on performance, security, and maintainability.
• Develop Progressive Web Apps (PWA) and Native Mobile solutions through OutSystems.
• Build and customize responsive UI components using CSS and JavaScript.
• Work closely with collaborators, architects, and business analysts to refine requirements into strong technical solutions.
• Incorporate OutSystems applications with Salesforce, ERP systems, and external APIs/databases.
• Establish and uphold guidelines for reusable components and coding standards.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, acting as a hands-on technical lead.
• Participate in architecture reviews, performance optimization, and DevOps pipeline implementations.
• Apply domain knowledge and emerging AI concepts to improve business processes and solution intelligence.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on OutSystems Low-Code development (Reactive Web, PWA, Mobile).
• 10+ years of overall software development experience with strong proficiency in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, etc.).
• Proven expertise in large-scale enterprise project delivery with complex integrations.
• Extensive background in OutSystems integrations with Salesforce, ERP, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware.
• Profound understanding of PWA and Native Mobile application development in OutSystems.
• Advanced front-end skills in CSS, JavaScript, and responsive UI building.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Strong architecture and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive technical strategy.
• Functional domain knowledge in CRM, ERP, or business process automation (preferred).
• OutSystems certifications (Associate/Professional/Tech Lead/Architect) are a strong plus.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in enterprise solutions is a plus.
