Position Summary
The HubSpot Specialist will execute and support digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on HubSpot. This is a junior-level role (2–5 years of experience) ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven. You’ll manage campaign workflows, maintain digital assets, and track performance — ensuring accuracy and consistency across all marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Support
- Build and manage HubSpot campaigns, including emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, and QR codes.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and display channels.
- Ensure campaigns launch on time, adhere to brand standards, and are properly documented.
Content & Web Support
- Update and maintain landing pages, website content, and digital assets using CMS tools.
- Support SEO initiatives (keyword research, metadata, content coordination).
- Assist with email campaign drafting, scheduling, and CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Lead Forensics, ZoomInfo).
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and report on campaign KPIs (clicks, conversions, CPC, engagement).
- Build dashboards and reports using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and related tools.
- Conduct A/B testing and audits to optimize performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Sales, HR, and IT teams to align marketing programs with business goals.
- Support lifecycle marketing initiatives to drive retention and re-engagement.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with strong hands-on HubSpot expertise.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Google Ads, SEO, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Analytical and detail-oriented; skilled at tracking data and improving processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn; comfortable exploring new features and tools.
- Excellent written communication skills.
