Our mission is to make healthy, sustainable, and cruelty-free lifestyles accessible to all through our delicious and nutritious products. As the global plant-based food revolution gains momentum, we are looking for a dynamic US Commercial Business Analyst to join our exceptional team and contribute to building the next Mexican Unicorn!
🎯 The Role
The US Commercial Business Analyst is responsible for providing operational, analytical, and administrative support to the international sales team, with a special focus on Birdman's expansion into the U.S. market. Their mission is to facilitate the execution of commercial strategies, ensure accuracy in the management of purchase orders, invoicing, and logistics tracking, and contribute with reports and analyses that enable informed decision-making.
They will work closely with the International Sales Manager, helping to optimize the use of technological tools (CRM, ERP, dashboards), document processes, structure executive presentations, and maintain strict control over key performance indicators. This role is essential to allow the commercial team to focus on strategic activities, ensuring continuity, order, and efficiency in Birdman’s international operations.
🧩 Key Responsibilities:
Provide analytical and operational support in the implementation of the international strategy by generating reports and presentations that help evaluate progress, gaps, and areas of opportunity by country or channel.
Assist in preparing market entry analyses for new countries, gathering information on commercial opportunities, financial viability, regulatory aspects, and competitor benchmarks.
Document and update key information on distributors, brokers, and strategic clients (purchase history, commercial terms, growth opportunities).
Build and maintain commercial and financial dashboards by country, sub-channel, and key account, ensuring KPIs are available to support decision-making (Sell-in, Sell-out, SV, TGT, YTG, margin, etc.).
Prepare and automate performance reports by client, SKU, and market, including actionable recommendations validated with the International Sales Manager.
Support the administration of contracts, exclusivities, and commercial agreements, ensuring proper registration and traceability.
Collaborate with the US Marketing team in the operational implementation of campaigns, localized materials, and follow-up actions by country. Manage the operational and logistical agenda for international trade shows and events, as well as post-event follow-up with leads and opportunities.
Update documentation of international processes and procedures, including purchase order flows, invoicing, logistics, CRM, and compliance.
Act as the operational liaison between the International Sales Manager and internal teams, ensuring that key deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
