In the role of Timepieces Team Sales Support, the candidate is entrusted with assisting Dedicated Sales Advisors with all aspects of the Rolex and Patek Philippe customer hospitality/journey. Furthermore, the candidate will be responsible to assist with both Rolex and Patek Philippe watch service/repair process and all aspects of customer hospitality/concierge services for the store.

Duties include:

  • Assist with visual merchandizing of both Rolex and Patek Philippe showrooms. Organize / stock presentation boxes, warranties, magazines, catalogues, etc for both brands.
  • Act as a concierge / greeting agent and direct/connect customers to Dedicated Sales Advisors. Assist with offering beverages and snacks, glasses and napkins, etc. for all customers.
  • Assist/facilitate with registration of warranties, sizing of bracelets, and payment processing.
  • Fill out all necessary service paperwork, answer customers' questions regarding service process
  • Assist with watch service drop offs, pick-ups, bracelet sizing, strap replacement, etc. Fill out all necessary service paperwork, and answer customers' questions regarding service process.
  • Assist with strap and spare parts orders and communicate with customers when orders arrive
  • Sign up and complete for both Rolex and Patek Philippe on-line training programs.
  • Become proficient in all software, apps, CRMs, and Point of Sale procedures.
