Customer Service Representative – Contact Center
Location: Fall River, MA (Primarily Remote After Training)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our contact center team in Fall River, MA. You’ll start with two weeks of in-house training at our Fall River location, then transition to a primarily remote role. In this position, you’ll support customers via phone, chat, and email—processing orders, answering questions, and resolving issues with accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service through phone, chat, and email
Process orders and maintain accurate customer records
Resolve product and service issues promptly and effectively
Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services
Meet quality and performance goals
Participate in training to build product and system knowledge
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of customer service experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer software
