Customer Service Representative – Contact Center
Location: Fall River, MA (Primarily Remote After Training)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our contact center team in Fall River, MA. You’ll start with two weeks of in-house training at our Fall River location, then transition to a primarily remote role. In this position, you’ll support customers via phone, chat, and email—processing orders, answering questions, and resolving issues with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service through phone, chat, and email

  • Process orders and maintain accurate customer records

  • Resolve product and service issues promptly and effectively

  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services

  • Meet quality and performance goals

  • Participate in training to build product and system knowledge

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ years of customer service experience

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer software
