Techkon USA, a Datacolor company, is actively seeking a talented Order administrator speaking Spanish (fulltime or parttime).

Position Summary:

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Order Administrator speaking Spanish for Latin America. This role focuses primarily on managing order processing and handling administrative and logistic tasks, while also serving as a key point of contact between Techkon USA and our partners, distributors, and customers in South America.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

In this role you will:

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
• Process incoming orders
• Respond to Request for Quotation (RFQ) and customer inquiries
• Process Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and recertifications
• Promote the adoption of the Product Maintenance Program (PMP) among existing customers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial print, packaging, and industrial sectors.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and MRP software and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.

Experience & Qualifications:

You :

• have strong communication and negotiation skills.
• are self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• have an outgoing personality with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• are capable of lifting 15 to 20 pounds.
• are fluent in Spanish (native speakers preferred); English proficiency (internal language).

A plus if:

• you have 3+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably in the printing and packaging.
• you speak fluent Portuguese 

Salary Range:

Total compensation budget of $50,000–$75,000.

This job posting includes a pay range, reflecting the salaries or hourly rates that Techkon USA & Datacolor anticipate it might offer for the specified role at the time of posting. Typically, Techkon USA & Datacolor aim to hire for this position at the midpoint of the range. However, in exceptional cases where an external candidate possesses significantly higher experience, credentials, or expertise than expected, we may consider offering a salary or rate towards the upper end of the range. Additionally, we welcome applications from candidates with less experience, as we believe in providing opportunities for growth and development.
