Overview
 
The Manager of L&D Programs is a dynamic and strategic business partner, blending high-caliber training delivery with impeccable program ownership. This role is responsible for leading the L&D Operations, Support and Programs function and overseeing the implementation of global learning and development initiatives; facilitating high-impact learning experiences, and ensuring programs are delivered with excellence, consistency, and alignment to strategic objectives. This individual serves as a trusted advisor to business units—helping to surface learning needs and embedding L&D into the rhythm of the business—while also acting as a premier facilitator and ambassador of the Impact Leadership Institute.
 
Responsibilities 

Lead Program Implementation & Execution

  • Oversee end-to-end implementation of learning and development programs.
  • Ensure seamless orchestration across scheduling, learner communication, and logistical coordination.
  • Deliver high-quality learning experiences.

Lead Facilitation & Learning Delivery

  • Deliver impactful training sessions—virtually and in-person—on topics such as leadership development, onboarding, communication, and client experience.
  • Manage physical and virtual classroom environments to maximize engagement and retention.
  • Coach internal facilitators, leaders, and SMEs to deliver effectively and at scale.

Manage L&D Operations and Infrastructure

  • Direct the operational backbone of the L&D function.
  • Oversee LMS administration, reporting processes, technology spend, and vendor partnerships.
  • Ensure smooth and scalable program delivery.

Ensure Program Quality & Integrity

  • Maintain alignment to defined learning objectives.
  • Measure learner satisfaction and uphold quality standards across all program components.

Drive Learner Experience Excellence

  • Champion exceptional end-to-end learner experiences.
  • Design and execute communication strategies, support mechanisms, and feedback loops.

Oversee Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Act as a strategic liaison between L&D and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure clear, timely, and transparent communication to build trust and alignment on program goals.

Optimize L&D Systems and Processes

  • Continuously evaluate and improve systems, tools, and workflows.
  • Enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience across the learning ecosystem.

Lead and Develop Team

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development for direct reports in Coordination, Operations, and Program Management.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance.
Things We Are Looking For 
  • 5+ years of experience in L&D, Talent & Organizational Development, Enablement, or related fields
  • Demonstrated excellence in classroom delivery and program facilitation
  • Proven ability to consult with leaders and translate business needs into ideas for learning solutions (in collaboration with L&D team)
  • Experience with leadership development, onboarding, and/or skills training
  • Degree in education, communication, instructional design, training & development, talent management, or related disciplines from an accredited university

  • Expected salary range of $115,000- $145,000
