- Oversees O&M of multiple Renewable Energy Facilities
- Manages on-site team of technicians
- Coordinates warranty and repair work with manufacturer or other 3rd party
- Manages project subcontractors
- Manages maintenance/outage schedule
- Manages site budget(s) and reports variances
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develops site operating plans
- Develops site safety plans
- Builds productive relationships with project stakeholders (land owner, project owners, OEMs, etc)
- Troubleshoots low voltage DC power systems and networks
- Troubleshoots low voltage, medium voltage, and high voltage AC power systems
- Identifies faulty or underperforming equipment
- Ensures all work is recorded in computerized maintenance management system
- Manages site inventory
- Conducts and attends regular meetings with project stakeholders
- Operates RES company vehicles, including trucks, in accordance with state and federal laws and RES policies.
- Attends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected.
- Complies with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct and Company Policies & Procedures.

- Highschool/GED required
- Associate degree in related technical field required
- OSHA 10/30 preferred
- FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot preferred
- Infrared Thermography (any level) preferred
- 5 years or more related electrical maintenance experience required
- 5 years or more medium voltage electrical work experience required
- 3 years or more high voltage electrical work experience required
- 3 years or more managing or leading field technicians required
- Ability to travel domestically 5-15% required
- Must possess a valid Driver's License
