Job Description:

We don’t believe your skills can be summed up in a bunch of dot points, but for those doing a quick skim, here’s a snapshot of what you could do on a project:

  • Lead and manage ERP and FSM project delivery from inception to completion.
  • Build strong working relationships with all members of the implementation team, internal and external.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines tailored to their specific needs.
  • Guide cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Identify and evaluate potential risks unique to client projects, implementing strategies to mitigate impact on outcomes.
  • Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring effective use of client funds and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Maintain regular, transparent communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure that all project outputs meet client expectations and industry standards through thorough review processes and feedback loops.
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience managing SaaS implementation projects, preferably with ERP/CRM platforms.
Direct experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems (implementations, upgrades, or optimizations).
Proven track record of leading cross-functional project teams (consultants, developers, and client stakeholders) to successful go-lives.

  • Experience managing multiple, concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • PMP and/or Scrum Master certification preferred.
  • Ability to translate complex customer requirements into clear, actionable project tasks.
  • Familiarity with SaaS integrations, data migration, and system configuration best practices.
  • Understanding of core NetSuite modules preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present to executive stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills. Able to motivate, coach, and guide teams toward successful outcomes.
  • Skilled at managing client relationships, setting expectations, and addressing challenges proactively.
  • Ability to balance customer satisfaction with project scope, timelines, and profitability.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to client sites if required (<10%).
