Tech7 is looking for a Program Manager to join our team.  This is a hybrid role located in Colorado Springs, CO.  This position will require 2-3 days onsite based on customer discretion. 

Job description / Duties:

The Program Manager will oversee the development and execution of tactical intelligence requirements and BMC3 program activities, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and operational priorities. This role involves coordinating program deliverables and maintaining compliance with security and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of intelligence operations, and proven experience in program management.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage program schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful execution of objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities between intelligence analysts, technical teams, and stakeholders to align program goals.
  • Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure mission continuity.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including government agencies and industry partners, to communicate program progress and address concerns.
  • Develop and maintain program documentation, including plans, reports, and briefings, to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies in all program activities.
  • Facilitate collaboration with the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) partners to align program efforts with broader mission objectives.
  • Support the integration of emerging technologies and innovative solutions into program workflows to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Lead program reviews and status meetings, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and stakeholder expectations.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement within customer’s organization.
  • Supports and represents Tech7’s culture in engagements with other employees, partners, and customers.
  • Travel is possible based on customer requirements. 

Requirements:

  • Active Top Secret (TS) clearance required; SCI eligibility preferred, and ability to secure high levels of clearance
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Proficiency in program planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with intelligence operations and BMC3 fundamentals.
  • Ability to manage risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Minimum Education / Experience required:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Intelligence Studies, or National Security).
  • Minimum of 15 years in program management roles, with recognized experience in intelligence, defense, or related fields.

 Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only.  Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.   Annual Pay Transparency Range:  $149,784.00 - $213,329.00
