Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full-cycle IT recruitment for the US market, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand technical requirements and deliver top-tier IT talent across various technologies and domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify qualified IT professionals using job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients/hiring teams.
- Negotiate compensation and close offers.
- Ensure timely candidate updates and maintain ATS records.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, etc.)
- Familiarity with various IT technologies and roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
