Key Responsibilities
- Tracks revenue and expenses. Reviews finances for assigned plants/cost centers.
- Analyzes standard costs and researching cost change drivers.
- Analyzes data to detect deficient controls, duplicated efforts, fraud, or noncompliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
- Researches complex transactions and prepares documentation outlining issues and conclusions.
- Works with business leaders to create business unit budget and forecasts.
- Prepares journal entries, period-end reporting, accruals, amortization schedules, and other reports.
- Reviews mfg. accounting procedures and recommends changes in operations and financial activities that will improve productivity and effectiveness of the assigned business units.
- Conducts annual physical inventories or supports cycle counts throughout the year.
- Ensures that the internal control procedures are established and followed in accordance with Sarbanes Oxley and in compliance with company guidelines.
- Assist with developing and updating reporting surrounding Functional areas for Operational meetings for Global Product Supply and analyzing the results.
- Review in-depth working capital drivers and collaborate with the Operations team for optimization.
- Review financial analysis for capital intensive projects and provide guidance in collaboration with the manufacturing team.
- Performs other related duties as required or assigned.

- Frequently makes decisions of both minor and major importance, which may affect the work operations of other employees and/or clientele to a moderate degree.
- Completes some moderately repetitive tasks.
- Uses noncomplex and complex machines and equipment.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (required).
- One to five years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred)
Computer Skills
- Intermediate: ERP system experience, JD Edwards E-1 experience (preferred).
- Intermediate: Microsoft Office suite (required)
- Intermediate: Business Intelligence or similar power business reporting tools (preferred).
- Intermediate: Data Analytics, Power BI, SQL/ODS (preferred)
