Summary of Essential Duties:
- Provides specialized nursing care to patients with various pulmonary diseases
- Performs spirometry testing
- Administers vaccines and medications to patients
- Provides education: inhaler teaching to patients
- Perform other pulmonary care responsibilities as required
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program required
BSN preferred
Licenses and Certifications:
Current, unrestricted California RN License required
BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required
Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of acute care nursing experience required
Experience with pulmonary patients preferred
