We are seeking Production Engineer Level 1 to support the assembly and manufacturing of advanced safety laser systems used in industrial automation and robotics. This position is well-suited for recent graduates who want to develop hands-on skills in manufacturing and grow their career in production engineering. Responsibilities:
- Support daily assembly and production operations for safety laser systems.
- Assist in developing and updating assembly processes, work instructions, and tooling.
- Work with senior engineers to troubleshoot production and assembly issues.
- Participate in document process updates.
- Ability to write and read sw code.
- Hands on approach to resolve assembly issues.
- Collaborate with quality and operations teams to ensure safety and compliance with standards.
- Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and improve product quality..
Job Level: Entry-Level
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Interest in manufacturing, assembly processes, or electromechanical/optical systems.
- Familiarity with CAD software or Lean Manufacturing concepts is a plus.
- Internship, co-op, or academic project experience in manufacturing preferred but not required..
Special Requirements:

The annual salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 a year, however, base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. This position is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus program. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
