Job Summary
The Tenant Services Coordinator supports property management operations by handling tenant service requests, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining positive relationships with tenants and staff. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to tenant, vendor, and manager service requests, ensuring timely updates and follow-through.
  • Coordinate vendor dispatch, confirm insurance compliance, and track service requests to completion.
  • Maintain communication with tenants to provide updates and confirm satisfaction with completed work.
  • Distribute tenant notifications regarding vendor, ownership, or broker property visits.
  • Handle incoming calls from fire monitoring companies during business hours.
  • Manage building keys, including logging, monitoring, and coordinating duplication requests.
  • Maintain property operations files and databases, including vendor records and documentation.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with tenants and vendors
  • Excellent personality fit for a collaborative and service-oriented environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; able to manage data and perform advanced functions
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating digital tools and platforms
  • Quick learner and ability to work independently.
  • Real estate experience is a plus but not a requirement.

 

 This position is 100% in-office. The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.

Pay Range
$23$25 USD
