Responsibilities:
- Follow up on backorders and determine next steps to complete the orders promptly.
- Collaborate with customers, internal departments, and suppliers to determine product availability and release orders from hold status.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal/external business partners to provide updates on order status and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Utilize existing systems and technology to track orders, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate fulfillment processes.
- Proactively identify and resolve order-related problems or discrepancies to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of order status, communications, and resolutions for reference and reporting purposes.
- Perform other Customer Support related duties as assigned.
- Find and disrupt trends that are causing order delays and inefficiencies.
