Description
Position Overview-
The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to users, troubleshooting system issues within the organization and streamlining IT administration processes.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Be first line support for users
· Research solutions to user’s questions and inquiries.
· Develop and maintain troubleshooting documentation.
· Manage system configuration, user roles, and related items with onboarding and offboarding of users.
· Monitor and verify compliance of network security.
· Perform regular auditing on hardware & software.
· Excellent communications and customer service skills.
· Collaborate and coordinate with others in the tech team on all aspects of software service delivery.
· Communicate with vendors to troubleshoot vendor HW/SW issues.
Measurable Deliverables:
· Help Desk issue resolution metric
· Problem solving issues
· Customer service delivery and outcomes
· Completion of assigned tasks
· Detailed and accurate performance metric

Requirements
Qualifications-
Education and/or Experience:
· Associates or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Special Skills:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Industry certifications, such as A+, Net+, etc. is a plus.
· Collaborate and coordinate with others in the tech team on all aspects of software service delivery.
· Microsoft administration (Windows OSes, 365, AD, Exchange, etc.)
· Google Android OS knowledge
· Assist with enterprise mobile device management configuration and troubleshooting.
· IBM Maas365
Physical Effort:
Driving; Lifting office supplies and client files.
Equipment Used:
General Office Equipment, Vehicle, Communication Devices, Computer.
