Your Impact
Step into a high-energy environment at the center of world-class engineering and creative production. As Parts and Inventory Fulfillment Manager, you will be the architect behind seamless part movement and fulfillment. You’ll work across manufacturing, production, engineering, and purchasing teams to solve urgent client needs, manage warehouse operations, and ensure every critical part is on-hand—whether it’s a tiny component or a fully assembled device.
Key Responsibilities
Orchestrate inventory, warehouse, and logistics operations to guarantee parts and products reach destinations rapidly and accurately
Collaborate with Manufacturing and Production to initiate creation and delivery of replacement parts, custom sub-assemblies, and one-off solutions
Oversee global shipments, coordinating packing, documentation, and transport for flawless delivery
Optimize and maintain databases in Excel, Quickbooks, and Access for real-time tracking and swift retrieval of components
Liaise with engineering, production, and purchasing to secure the right parts—balancing in-house manufacturing with efficient procurement
Respond to urgent client and field requests, ensuring quick access and communication to solve problems on the fly
Direct warehouse operations for instant location, preparation, and shipment of spare parts and assemblies worldwide
Drive process improvements, infusing every aspect of service fulfillment with continuous innovation
Track, analyze, and report on operational trends to elevate our support and streamline performance
Ideal Candidate
Highly skilled in logistics, inventory management, and technical operations
Experienced in using advanced databases and manual tracking tools—Excel, Quickbooks, Access
Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills—able to navigate complexity and deliver clarity
Natural communicator and problem solver, excelling in cross-functional collaboration
Detail-oriented and hands-on; thrives amidst fast-moving inventory and production environments
Familiar with manufacturing and production processes in custom fabrication and assembly
Motivated to define best-in-class service delivery for a global team
Education & Professional Development
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics, or a related technical field
Associate’s degree, technical school training, or equivalent hands-on experience strongly considered
Professional certifications in inventory management, logistics, supply chain (such as APICS, CPIM, CLTD, CIOP), or related discipline highly valued
Commitment to ongoing training and development—WET encourages and supports continued education, new certifications, and cross-functional learning
Strong foundation in inventory database management systems, advanced Excel, Quickbooks, Access, or equivalent industry software
Bonus points for any specialized training in manufacturing processes, warehouse operations, or change management
