Job Description:

  • Negotiate prices with customers to optimize profitability and enhance our competitive position.
  • Prepare accurate price quotes in a timely manner, aligning with customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with various departments to review and analyze relevant data for informed pricing and delivery decisions.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and company processes.
  • Utilize market insights to enhance your understanding of the customer base, contributing to increased sales growth and profitability.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration across departments, ensuring seamless customer experience and expectation fulfillment.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to make informed pricing recommendations.
  • Continuously refine pricing strategies based on data analysis and market feedback.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall efficiency of the sales workflow.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and goals, working towards the overall success of the company through campaigns & out calling.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in sales or pricing roles preferred.
  • Microsoft Office applications preferred
  • Metal ERP system experience preferred (preferably AS400)
