Job Description:
- Negotiate prices with customers to optimize profitability and enhance our competitive position.
- Prepare accurate price quotes in a timely manner, aligning with customer needs and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with various departments to review and analyze relevant data for informed pricing and delivery decisions.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and company processes.
- Utilize market insights to enhance your understanding of the customer base, contributing to increased sales growth and profitability.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration across departments, ensuring seamless customer experience and expectation fulfillment.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to make informed pricing recommendations.
- Continuously refine pricing strategies based on data analysis and market feedback.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall efficiency of the sales workflow.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and goals, working towards the overall success of the company through campaigns & out calling.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in sales or pricing roles preferred.
- Microsoft Office applications preferred
- Metal ERP system experience preferred (preferably AS400)
