We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join our team, serving as a vital link between our customers, dealers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive client success.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer orders, supporting inside sales, and building strong relationships with our dealer network and clients across the United States and Canada. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and business growth. Your attention to detail, customer-first mindset, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally will help drive Explore Industries' success.
What You’ll Do
- Process customer orders and coordinate delivery schedules based on production lead times.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, dealers, and internal departments (Logistics, Planning, Sales, and Accounts Receivable) to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and dealers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and escalating when necessary.
- Partner with Accounts Receivable to confirm payments prior to order delivery.
- Manage existing inventory for consignment or stock customers by integrating units into construction schedules.
- Provide timely and professional support to customers regarding order status, scheduling, and product information.
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to support business growth.
- Stay informed on industry trends and Explore Industries’ products to provide knowledgeable client support.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience:
- 1+ years of customer service, administrative, or invoicing experience.
- 1+ years of experience building relationships with customers and dealers.
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- CRM experience (preferred).
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central or SAP (preferred).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access).

- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities effectively.
